Becoming a member of the Ash Valley Golf Club will help enhance your enjoyment of the game. We have structured our membership options so that there is an opportunity for everyone to get involved.

 

Our full unlimited membership packages offer fantastic value for money and can either be paid in full or on a monthly direct debit. Our memberships run on a pro rata basis, meaning if you are joining us as a full member in August your fee will only be for the remaining months until April 1st 2025...

 

The popular Fare Way membership is aimed at those players who don’t play as often as they’d like. Becoming a Fare way member allows you to stay in control of your finances and enjoy the benefits of Golf Club life such as handicapping, Club competitions, unlimited Par 3 Little Links golf and discounts in the clubhouse and on equipment hire. Each time you play you’ll be charged a reduced green fee helping you gain even greater value.

 

Membership to the Club also comes with the added benefits of reduced buggy hire and discounts on our clubhouse menu. Full members also receive six guest vouchers, one of which is free.

 

The Club is also affiliated to England Golf. This means that your golf handicap will be official and therefore recognised wherever you play.

 

So what is membership to our Club actually like? Well everyone who joins the Club is entitled to obtain an official England Golf handicap. Once achieved you become eligible to enter the Club competitions. These are held throughout the year with the main body of competitions taking place between April and September. You’ll find that everyone in the Club is welcoming.

 

Members take their competitions seriously but rounds and matches are always played in a friendly atmosphere and in the true spirit of the game. The clubhouse is always a lively place on competition days, with everyone dissecting their rounds to the groans and cheers of their playing partners. The aim of most members is to win one of the Clubs major trophies and to see their name immortalised on the honours boards that have pride of place in the clubhouse.

 

The clubhouse staff will soon get to know you. They will help introduce you to other members and ensure that each visit you make is enjoyable. We pride ourselves on our relaxed friendly attitude and the fact that if you love golf you’ll find a good home with us. So come and join us.
