Thank you for the incredible amount of support I received leading up to the race last Sunday. It was truly a wonderful experience and I’m delighted to say that just 18 months on from my accident, I managed to complete the 13.1 miles in 2hrs 27min.
I will always be grateful for your generosity in helping raise the unbelievable figure of £2,255.50!!! for Headway - the brain injury association. The charity cares for people like me, who have suffered a brain injury, in all its forms, up and down the country. They continue to help me come to terms with my injury and look forward to a positive future.
